Supplier Quality Terms and Conditions (Q-Notes)
Q-1: Martek, their customers and authorities have the right of access to the supplier’s facilities involved in the order and to all applicable records.
Q-2: The supplier must flow down to all sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics, where applicable.
Q-3: The supplier must immediately notify Martek, in writing, of any condition on delivered product that might affect reliability, performance or safety.
Q-4: The supplier must immediately notify Martek of changes in product and/or process definition and, where required, obtain Martek approval.
Q-5: The supplier must notify Martek and arrange for approval of any nonconforming condition which the supplier desires to ship.
Q-6: Data related the acceptability of product shipped to Martek must be maintained for a period of 5 years after shipment of the product.
Q-7: Acceptance by Martek or its customers does not relieve the supplier of the requirement for providing acceptable product.
Q-8: Martek Power requires a certificate of authenticity with all shipments of electronic components. It shall certify that the parts provided against the purchase order (PO number must be shown) are not counterfeit and are authentic OEM parts procured through manufacturers' authorized distribution or directly from the manufacturers.

WARRANTY
Martek Power warranties each product manufactured by us, sold by us or our authorized agents, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.Martek Power shall, at its option, and as the Customer's and user's sole and exclusive remedy, issue a credit in the amount of the then applicable price of such product, or repair or replace any such product which is defective under the terms of the foregoing warranty, free of charge.

I. Repair of Military Grade Products from Martek Power US: CB, NL, NH, NW, NB, and SM Series converters are covered under a three (3) year warranty. During this warranty period Martek Power Inc. will repair or replace (at Martek Power Inc’s discretion) all products found to be defective. CB, NL, NH, NW, NB, and SM Series converters which are out of warranty will be repaired only after customer has authorized quoted repair charges. Any Military Grade products over seven (7) years old from date of original shipment will not be serviced or repaired.

II. Repair of All other models: Martek Power will repair products covered by our warranty. To return products a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required. Products beyond the warranty will be repaired only after customer has authorized quoted repair charges. Any Martek Power Inc. products over seven (7) years old from date of original shipment will not be serviced or repaired.
