The Company warrants that all of its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months. The Company shall, at its option, and as the Customer's and user's sole and exclusive remedy, issue a credit in the amount of the then-applicable price of such Product, or repair or replace any such Product which is defective under the terms of the foregoing warranty, free of charge.

ALL OTHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO THE SALE OF PRODUCTS.
